South Bend is home to some of the most unique small businesses that offer one-of-a-kind experiences for residents and visitors to enjoy. From local restaurants to small boutiques, South Bend has adventures waiting for everyone.
Sway Coffee is one of the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing local coffee spots that I have found. Though I only recently heard about Sway, I stopped in as soon as I could, and I was pleasantly surprised.
With a menu full of lattes, espresso, mochas, cappuccinos, teas and hot chocolate, there are plenty of options for everybody.
I stopped by after my classes to get some work done and grab some lunch. They offer a menu of wraps, bowls, artisan toasts, waffles, sandwiches and smoothies. They also offer pre-packaged items including bottled beverages.
I recommend the egg, cheese and avocado sandwich. I also ordered a vanilla latte with whole milk and definitely wished I had gone back for another.
The atmosphere of Sway Coffee is like no other place I have been to. There are various seating areas throughout, including stools, chairs, couches and low tables. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light to help you focus on getting work done or to meet for a coffee date with a friend.
Located at 527 E. Colfax Ave. in South Bend, Sway Coffee offers WiFi, though you will need to ask for a password. For those looking to get work done at a place where you can get an affordable coffee or a snack, Sway Coffee is the perfect spot.
