In this new edition of Titan Tails, I wanted to take the time to highlight some of the older animals at All 4 Animals Rescue. Older animals deserve a safe and happy home as much as others. While your time with them could be shorter than with a baby animal, that short period will be timeless for the furbaby you adopt. And, I can say as someone who works at an emergency vet clinic that tragedy doesn’t discriminate by age. Time is never guaranteed, and senior pets deserve comfort in their golden years.
Now I got this mushy stuff out the way, let me introduce to the two adoptable animals: Jade and Funny Face.
Jade
Jade is a hound and labrador mix. She is 8 years young with a bunch of spunk still in her! She likes to play and will get the zoomies. When she is tired, she would love to cuddle with you. She is house and crate trained. She’s currently in a foster home where she lives with another dog and occasionally sees her foster mom’s grandson, both of whom she does well with. It is not known if she gets along with cats. This sweet girl’s adoption fee is $250 and she is up to date on all of her shots, microchipped and spayed.
Funny Face
Funny Face came to the rescue with Pixie (who is now adopted) after their owner passed away in a nursing home. Her previous owner would talk with her after he adopted Pixie and would say she had a funny look on her face, so that’s where her name came from. She now resides in the Serenity Pet Spaw breakroom. Serenity Pet Spaw and All 4 Animals Rescue are in the same building.
Funny Face is 9 years old. Her birthday, May 24, 2015, is coming up! She loves attention and wants cuddles and pets. She can get overstimulated easily, so she might scratch or nibble at you, but that’s her way to tell you to stop. Her adoption fee is $50 and she is up to date on her shots, microchipped and spayed.
