The Preface
Hello! I’m Paige Jones, a staff photographer for “The Preface” and a sophomore at IU South Bend. I joined “The Preface” in August and have been loving it ever since. I have always had a passion for photography, and I even took an elective class for it last semester. Ever since that class ended, however, I’ve been craving a creative outlet. “The Preface” has given me the ability to continue my hobby and share my passion with the rest of the students and faculty at IU South Bend.

Hello! My name is Chris Vreugdenhil, and I am an intern at The Preface for the first time this semester. I am currently studying for a B.A. in Anthropology, a minor in History, and a Social and Cultural Diversity Certificate.
Three years ago, a kid from Indianapolis was lost, he was confused, and he didn’t know where life would take him until he found IU South Bend. Then at IU South Bend, it happened again. Lost and confused and looking for that spark to start the rest of his life, he took a chance and joined The Preface.
Hello! My name is Karley, and I am a senior here at IU South Bend. While I am counting down the days until graduation, I am very excited to spend my last semester with The Preface. I am a communications major with a concentration in organizational communication and a minor in interpersonal communication. I have a passion for public speaking and plan to make a career out of it after graduating.
