Students showcase research at URC

On April 14, IU South Bend hosted the annual Undergraduate Research Conference (URC). The Education and Arts Building had rooms dedicated to research posters and panels. The topics ranged from Chemistry to Criminal Justice and everything in between.

On April 14, IU South Bend hosted the annual Undergraduate Research Conference (URC). The Education and Arts Building had rooms dedicated to research posters and panels. The topics ranged from Chemistry to Criminal Justice and everything in between.

Alongside the posters and panels, a documentary was featured at the URC for the first time. The film, “A Conversation with IUSB Gen Z Students About Climate Change” was created by Mira Costello and Sarah Lynn. The film can now be viewed on the Center for A Sustainable Future’s website.

Every year, IU South Bend rewards the students for their hard work. This year’s awards winners were:
