IU South Bend’s very own award-winning literary journal, Analecta, is still accepting submissions from students of all majors – but only for a limited time. If students still wish to submit a piece to the journal, they have until Feb. 1 to do so.

Students can submit a wide range of artwork, including the following:

  • poetry (up to three poems)
  • short fiction, including stories and excerpts
  • creative nonfiction, such as memoirs and personal narratives
  • visual art
  • comics
  • drama pieces, like plays and screenplays

In order to submit your piece, email an attached file to iusbanalecta@gmail.com, with “Analecta Submission + (your genre)” in the subject line. All pieces are considered for publication in Analecta, as well as for recognition in the English Department’s Annual Student Writing Awards.
