Doggone destressed

With finals coming up fast, many of us are stressed out to the max! However, the IU South Bend Honors Program welcomes all students, faculty and staff to stop by the courtyard outside of the administration building to visit with therapy dogs.

The dogs will be on campus on April 25 from 12 to 4 p.m. to help students relax and feel less stressed and anxious about upcoming final exams. The therapy dogs featured in the photo will be at the event to help students out.

“This event will allow students to interact with, pet and play quietly with certified therapy dogs, an evidenced-based stress-reducing practice,” said the Daily Titan.

Anyone participating in this event will need to complete a waiver upon arrival.

“Students should attend if they like dogs and want an opportunity to visit with therapy dogs to hopefully help them feel less anxious/stressed for final exams,” said Karrie Jean, Honors Secretary.

If weather is not permitting to be outside, this event will be moved to the Honors Lounge in Administration 160.
