Spring is finally here, and nothing sounds better right now than sweet cookies and fruit. This recipe combines those two perfectly creating a batch of individual sugar cookie pizzas!
Ingredients
• your favorite store-bought sugar cookie dough (I used Pillsbury)
• your favorite fruit (I used pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries)
• plain vanilla yogurt (I used Greek yogurt)
Instructions
• Step 1
Preheat the oven to the desired temperature on sugar cookie package
• Step 2
Follow the instructions on the package, and while cookies are baking, cut up your favorite fruit
• Step 3
Let the cookies cool for 3 minutes before removing from baking tray, then allow to cool in the fridge for at least 20 minutes
• Step 4
Once cooled, spread on a thin layer of the vanilla yogurt
• Step 5
Add on your assortment of cut up fruits and enjoy right away or keep in the fridge!
