IU South Bend Campus Housing students have two services available to them for streaming TV shows and watching movies. XFINITY and ResLife Cinema can be used on TVs, mobile devices, and laptops while connected to campus WiFi and is already included in housing fees.

XFINITY on Campus offers over 120 channels for students to enjoy, including sports and entertainment networks. HBO is also available.

While residents have access to over 120 channels at no charge, XFINITY on Campus also has hundreds of additional channels that students can choose to add.

“The students can upgrade for a fee directly with XFINITY,” Ranji Abraham, Enterprise Applications, Director said.

ResLife Cinema is another option for students looking for entertainment. Movies and shows through ResLife Cinema are available during the Fall and Spring semesters and offer more recently released movies.

ResLife Cinema also gives residents the chance to vote for movies they want to see. Emails are sent out to residents monthly for them to give their opinion on which movies they want to see on ResLife Cinema. Genres including, comedy, horror, animated and several others are available for students to pick movies from.
