Voter registration is ending in Indiana on Oct. 5. It is easier than ever before to get registered to vote. The entire process has moved online. Go to http://www.indianavoters.com to begin the registration process.

Here’s what you’ll need in order to register to vote

  • A valid Indiana Driver’s License or Indiana State Identification Card
  • Be a United States citizen
  • Be at least 18 years of age on or before the next general election on Nov. 3, 2020
  • Have lived in your precinct for at least 30 days before the next general, municipal, or special elections

Online voter registration ends at midnight. The application must be submitted before midnight that day or it will not be accepted.

It is important to be informed about the candidates and make a wise decision when voting. In order to get to know the candidates better, check out the next presidential debates on October 15 and 22. Another way to get informed is to read up on policy each candidate is supporting.
