Lindsay Wilson, Senior – “The most memorable Valentine’s Day for me would have to be the time when this guy I had broken up with a week previously, showed up under my bedroom window holding a jam box, ala John Cusack in Say Anything. While the notion was romantic, the guy was a real creep, so I threw a bucket of flour on him. Thankfully he left me alone after that.” PHOTO/Leah Fick
Liv Helmen, Freshman and Joe Squadroni, Sophmore – “The first Valentine’s Day we had together 2 years ago was pretty memorable. Joe called off work because they wouldn’t let him have the day off and we took the train to Chicago. This was the first time either of us had ever traveled without a parent, as ‘adults’. When we got there is was in the middle of a blizzard, so we got lost looking for our hotel, and had some interesting run-ins with some panhandlers. Once we did find the hotel, we stayed in for the night because after we thawed out, things really began to warm up.”

Sarah Knowlton, Junior – “I would have to say the Valentine’s Day I remember the most would be the one when a surprise birthday party was thrown for me. My birthday is 4 days after Valentine’s Day but I still wasn’t expecting it.”
