Titan Productions is bringing a Zootopia themed Kids’ Day from 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 24, in The University Grill. This event is open to the children of students, staff and the IUSB community.

“The day will be filled with animal activities and games related to Zootopia, such as making your favorite animal mask and thinking about what you want to be when you grow up,” said Erin Clark, marketing executive of Titan Productions. “There will be popcorn, and Fireside will be turned into the jungle and tundra town.”

The 2016 Disney animated feature stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Batemen and Idris Elba as animals in the city of Zootopia.

According to IMDB.com, “in a city of anthropomorphic animals, a rookie bunny cop and a cynical con-artist fox must work together to uncover a conspiracy”.

Judy Hopps is the first rabbit to join the city’s police force, and the story follows as she finds that enforcing the law proves difficult. In a bid to prove herself to the department, she “hops” to it when an opportunity arises to solve a case steeped in mystery. Solving the case is made more difficult by having to work with a wily fox who isn’t used to working with the police department.

The event is put on by Titan Productions of IU South Bend. Titan Productions asked that parents be present with their children at all times in The Grill and Fireside.
