Arts Lecture Series
With Elizabeth A. Williams, Ph. D

Come connect with Assistant Professor of Organizational Communication at Colorado State University Elizabeth A. Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular
Lions, and tigers, and bears oh my!

    On Thursday, Oct. 24, beginning at 7 p.m. the Potawatomi Zoo will be host a Halloween party Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. This is an adult-only Halloween party where patrons can stroll through the zoo, which will be decorated. There will be a corporate picnic area featuring a DJ, beer, wine, food and more. Haunted Harvest
Charity event

Haunted Harvest is a Halloween party and fundraiser that benefits the special needs community who enjoy the property and programs at Hannah & Friends Neighborhood. There will be a live band, food and decorations. All proceeds will support programs and activities for children and adults with special needs at Hannah & Friends Neighborhood in South Bend. The event will be between 7 and 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, with ticket prices starting at $50 per person. For more information call 574-217-7860 ext. 2.

 

La Republica
CD release party

The State Theatre in South Bend is hosting local artist La Republica’s official CD release party on Friday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m. There will be an all-ages show including performances from Spaceships and Anival Fausto Band. Creature Feature
Horror film marathon

The State Theatre in South Bend is paying homage to Manager Cosimo Rulli’s Fright Fests of the 1960s-70s. On Saturday, Oct. 26, beginning at noon the full day of horror will begin and continue through the night. The State will be showcasing classic versions of the various creatures associated with Halloween including Dracula, Frankenstein, The Mummy and more. Tickets are $3 per show or $15 for all 6 shows.
