Starting May 7, a Real ID will be required to board commercial planes and enter certain facilities. This can be a compliant driver license, permit or identification card. The Indiana requirements are to present the following original documents: one to establish identity, at least one to establish lawful status, one with your name and full Social Security number and two with your name and Indiana residential address (P.O. box addresses not accepted). If your current name doesn’t match the name on your documents, you will need government-issued documentation to verify your identity. You can see if your ID is a Real ID by looking for a star in the corner.
